Parents' Corner
Reading Level: Pre-A1 This story follows one raindrop step by step, giving little ones a first taste of how water travels through nature. When Mother Earth thanks Plip for bringing water to her roots, talk about why plants need rain. On a rainy day, watch drops slide down a window and ask, 'Where do you think that drop is going?' Letting a few drops join into a tiny puddle at bath time makes the story real. For ages 0 to 3, repeat sounds like 'plip' and 'whoosh' together to keep attention high.
