Ellie and the English Adventure of Colors

Hello! My name is Ellie, the little girl says with a big smile. And this is my best friend, Nutty the squirrel. We are so excited to go on a colorful adventure today! Are you ready to learn the names of colors in English with us?

The sun is shining brightly outside. Ellie finds a snack in the kitchen. Look, Nutty! This fruit is yellow. It is a yellow banana, she explains. Nutty reaches out his tiny paws, hoping for a little taste of the bright, sunny treat.

Ellie and Nutty walk out into the garden and lie down on the soft grass. Ellie points up at the sky. The sky is so big and blue today, she whispers. Nutty rests his head on his paws, watching the fluffy white clouds drift across the vibrant blue expanse.

They wander into a nearby orchard where the trees are heavy with fruit. Ellie picks a round, shiny fruit from a branch. This is a red apple, she says before taking a big, crunchy bite. Nutty happily nibbles on a tiny red slice of his own.

Deep in the woods, the air feels cool and fresh. Ellie looks at all the plants around her feet. Everything here is so green! she exclaims. Nutty jumps through the tall blades of grass, blending in with the lush leaves of the forest.

Later that afternoon, they visit a beautiful garden filled with flowers and vines. Ellie finds a cluster of small, round fruits. These are purple grapes, she tells Nutty. Nutty stares at the dark purple spheres with big, curious eyes, amazed by the deep color.

Suddenly, they hear music! It is a carnival. Ellie gets a special treat on a stick. It’s pink cotton candy! she laughs. Nutty gets a little too close and ends up with a tiny bit of pink fluff stuck to his twitching nose.

Ellie stops by a giant oak tree and places her hand on its rough surface. The trunk of the tree is brown, she says. Nutty feels right at home, quickly scurrying up the thick brown bark to see how high he can go.

As the day begins to end, the sun sinks low. Ellie holds up a round fruit that matches the sky. The sky is turning orange, just like this orange! she says. The whole world seems to glow with a warm, cozy light.

The stars begin to twinkle as the world grows quiet. Suddenly, two glowing eyes appear in the shadows. Look, a black cat! Ellie whispers. The cat, named Kuro, prowls silently through the grass, his fur as dark as the midnight sky.

Ellie gets ready for bed and looks out the window at the bright moon. The clouds look like white cotton balls, she says, sipping a cold glass of milk. Everything is clean and peaceful in the soft, white moonlight.

What a wonderful day! Ellie cheers. She and Nutty have found every color. Suddenly, a magical rainbow appears, showing off all ten colors they learned. Yellow, blue, red, green, purple, pink, brown, orange, black, and white—we know them all!
