Little Ibis was exploring near the garden shed when she found a bright red cloth bag. Inside, she discovered seeds of all shapes and sizes. They sparkled under the sun like tiny, colorful jewels. Little Ibis felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful treasure.

Little Ibis took the bag to her friend, Toby the Turtle. Together, they spread the seeds out on a flat wooden table. Some were large and smooth, while others were tiny and covered in little spots. They looked at each one with great care.

Leo the Rabbit hopped over to see what they were doing. We should ask for permission before we start planting, Leo suggested wisely. After talking to the Gardener, they were given a special, safe corner of the garden to use for their seeds.

Daisy the Duck waddled up with a happy quack. Let’s sort them by their shapes! she said. Daisy helped Little Ibis group the seeds into little piles. This helped them plan exactly where each type of seed should be planted in their new garden.

Sam the Squirrel knew a lot about what plants need. The big seeds love to soak up the bright sun, Sam explained, but the tiny ones like to stay cool in the shade. He and Little Ibis marked the sunniest and shadiest spots in their garden patch.

Pippin the Frog knew that water was very important. Plants get thirsty just like we do! Pippin croaked. He worked with Toby the Turtle to look at the garden and decide on a watering schedule so the seeds would always have enough to drink.

Little Ibis and Toby the Turtle picked up their soft rakes. They worked together to clear away old leaves and stir the soil. Soon, the earth was soft, fluffy, and ready for the seeds to be tucked in.

Finally, it was time to plant! Little Ibis and Leo the Rabbit moved carefully across the patch. They gently placed each seed into the soft ground and covered them with a thin, cozy layer of soil to keep them warm.

Daisy the Duck found a small, green watering can. She filled it up and carried it carefully to the garden. She sprinkled a gentle rain over the soil. Little Ibis watched the water sparkle as it soaked deep down to reach the seeds.

Many days passed, but nothing grew. Little Ibis began to worry. Be patient, Sam the Squirrel said with a smile. Nature doesn't hurry. We must keep waiting and keep caring for our garden every single day.

One sunny morning, Little Ibis saw a tiny flash of green. Tiny sprouts were poking through the soil! Pippin the Frog jumped for joy, and Little Ibis leaned down to smile at the brave little plants.

Before long, the garden was filled with beautiful purple and yellow flowers. Every seed is different, Little Ibis said to Daisy the Duck, but they all need the same love. Their careful planning and patience had made something truly beautiful grow.
