As the bright sun rose, Benny the little elephant woke up from his sleep. He yawned, stretched, and shook his big ears. Looking up at the sky, he noticed a tiny white cloud that looked very lonely. “Good morning, little cloud! Where are you going?” he called out cheerfully.

The tiny cloud drifted slowly with the wind. Benny thought the lonely cloud might be looking for a friend. “Wait for me, I’m coming too!” he said, and he started to follow it. As Benny walked, his big ears flapped funnily in the breeze.

Suddenly, Benny stopped. He saw beautiful, colorful flowers by the side of the path, but their heads were drooping. The soil was dry, and the flowers were very thirsty. Benny said sadly, “Poor flowers, you need water right away, but the water in my trunk is not enough.”

Just then, his long-necked friend Gina the Giraffe walked by. Benny called out to her, “Gina! Look, we must catch this tiny cloud and bring it over the flowers. But it is so high up and so small!” Gina leaned down to listen and decided to help.

Gina stood on her tiptoes on her long legs and stretched her neck as far as she could toward the sky. “I can almost touch it!” she said, but the cloud was still a little too high. No matter how hard Gina tried, she couldn't reach the tiny cloud.

“I’m here!” a voice called out. It was Max the Monkey, jumping through the trees. Max climbed up Gina’s long neck and sat right on top of her head. “Now we can reach even higher!” he said, waving his hands toward the sky.

At that moment, Piper the Parrot appeared with her bright wings. Piper flew around Max and chirped, “Reaching isn't enough; we have to call the cloud! If we all help together, the cloud will grow bigger.”

Benny lifted his trunk like a trumpet and made a loud, strong sound. Piper began to sing her most beautiful song. Hearing their joyful voices, other little clouds came one by one to join the lonely cloud.

The clouds in the sky joined together to become one big, grey cloud. Suddenly, drip-drop... pitter-patter... it started to rain! Benny and Gina jumped for joy under the cool raindrops. The thirsty flowers immediately perked up and opened their leaves.

When the rain stopped, the sun smiled again, and a giant rainbow appeared in the sky. Benny and Max looked at the glowing flowers and smiled. They understood that by working together, even a tiny cloud could make the world beautiful.
