In the midst of the vast fields of Kansas, a cheerful girl named Duru lived in a small wooden house. Her best friend was her little dog, Mino, who was always wagging his tail. One day, the sky suddenly turned gray, and a powerful wind lifted the house into the air like a feather.

The house slowly descended into a lush green land full of colorful flowers. When Duru stepped outside, she saw cute, little people called Minis, who greeted her cheerfully. The Good Witch of the North appeared and said, 'You dropped your house on the Wicked Witch of the East and set us free!'

Duru wanted to return home. 'Only the great Emerald Wizard can help you,' said the Good Witch. 'Follow the yellow brick road to the Emerald City.' So, Duru and Mino set off on an adventurous journey.

Soon, they met a Scarecrow hanging in a cornfield. 'Oh, if only I had a brain to think with,' sighed the Scarecrow. 'Come with us!' said Duru. 'Maybe the Wizard can give you a brain.'

Deep in the forest, they found a Tin Man who was rusted and couldn't move. After oiling his joints with an oil can, the Tin Man said, 'I wish I had a heart to feel love with.' Duru invited him to join their journey too.

Suddenly, a big Lion leaped onto the road and roared! But right after, he admitted he was actually very scared. 'I wish I had some courage,' he whispered. Duru said gently, 'Then you should come with us, too.'

The four friends and Mino continued on their way. They helped each other as they crossed rivers and passed through fields of poppies that made them sleepy. The Scarecrow made clever plans, the Tin Man was kind to everyone, and the Lion did his best to protect them.

And finally, they saw it in the distance! A magnificent city of emerald green towers, shining under the sun. It was the Emerald City! They all shouted with joy and excitement.

In a large, green throne room, a powerful voice boomed: 'I am the Emerald Wizard, great and powerful! I will help you, but first, you must bring me the broomstick of the Wicked Witch of the West.'

When they found the Witch's castle, they realized she was more grumpy than wicked. While the Witch was complaining about something, clever Mino playfully snatched her broomstick and ran with it towards Duru!

When they returned to the Emerald City, Mino pulled back the curtain, revealing an ordinary man behind it! The 'Wizard' smiled and explained, 'The things you were looking for were inside you all along.' He gave the Scarecrow a diploma for his clever ideas, the Tin Man a silk heart for his kindness, and the Lion a medal for his courage.

The Good Witch appeared again and told Duru that her magic slippers could take her home. Duru said goodbye to her friends. 'You were always smart, loving, and brave,' she said. She clicked her heels together three times and whispered, 'There's no place like home.' She had learned that the real magic was the love and friendship she found along the way.
