# Fluffy and the Rainbow Blanket

> It was a sunny morning in the village. Fluffy, the little lamb, was skipping through the soft green grass. She was so soft and bouncy that she looked like a little cloud that had fallen from the sky. As she played among the flowers, her hoof bumped into something bright and soft. Finally, the rainbow blanket was finished! It was big, soft, and full of color. All the friends gathered around it. Fluffy realized that while every color was pretty alone, they were much more beautiful when they stayed together.

It was a sunny morning in the village. Fluffy, the little lamb, was skipping through the soft green grass. She was so soft and bouncy that she looked like a little cloud that had fallen from the sky. As she played among the flowers, her hoof bumped into something bright and soft.

It was a piece of bright red felt! “How pretty,” Fluffy said. She looked around and found more pieces. She carefully lined them up on the grass: first red, then yellow, then blue, and finally green.

Just then, Fluffy's friend Coco the goat walked over. Coco had a very curious look on her face. She looked at the colorful scraps and then at her friend. “What are we going to do with all these, Fluffy?” Coco asked with a tilt of her head.

Fluffy’s eyes sparkled with a big idea. “We can join them together and make a rainbow blanket!” she cheered. Coco smiled and wagged her tail. She thought a rainbow blanket sounded like the best idea in the world.

The two friends got to work right away. They began to sort the felt pieces by their colors. They put all the warm colors in one pile and all the cool colors in another pile, making sure everything was neat.

“Now, let’s put them in order,” Fluffy said. They started to connect the pieces one by one. First came the red, followed by the sunny yellow, and then the bright green. They worked very carefully to keep the edges straight.

As they worked, a beautiful pattern began to appear. The colors seemed to glow against the green grass. Fluffy took a step back to look at their progress. She felt very happy seeing how the colors looked together.

Soon, Pip the rabbit hopped over. Pip was carrying a piece of bright purple felt. “Can I help with the blanket?” Pip asked. Fluffy showed Pip exactly where the purple piece should go at the very end of the row.

Then, Mabel the cow wandered over with a soft orange piece of felt. “This will make the blanket extra warm,” Mabel said gently. Coco helped Mabel place the orange piece right next to the red one.

Finally, the rainbow blanket was finished! It was big, soft, and full of color. All the friends gathered around it. Fluffy realized that while every color was pretty alone, they were much more beautiful when they stayed together.
